PETITION TO AMEND RULE 45, RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT

The proposed rule will require every active member of the State Bar who is engaged in the private practice of law, and who is not exempt by the rule, to complete a course on the establishment and administration of trust accounts presented by the State Bar of Arizona, or a course approved or licensed by the State Bar.
