    PETITION TO AMEND RULE 43, RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT

    Would reorganize Rule 43(f) and Rule 43(g) pertaining to lawyers' trust accounts into a more linear and cohesive provision, while retaining significant existing IOLTA provisions
