    Pursuant to Rules 32(d)(10) and 44, Ariz. R. Sup. Ct., the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors administers the Board of Legal Specialization (“BLS”) program under the supervision of the Arizona Supreme Court. The Arizona State Bar provided the proposed “Rules and Regulations of the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization" for the Court’s review.

    Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) staff reviewed the proposed rules and regulations and made proposed changes which are red-lined in the attached document. At the direction of the Arizona Supreme Court and pursuant to Rule 44(d), proposed “Rules and Regulations of the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization” is posted for comment.

    IT IS ORDERED that the Rules and Regulations and the redlined changes be opened for public comment. Comments must be submitted on or before March 30, 2018.
