The proposal seeks to update the trust account rules to assist lawyers in understanding the recordkeeping requirements and to allow the use of technology as it continues to advance.

Would amend Rule 43, Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, to clarify trust account record-keeping requirements and to allow for use of advancing technology.
