    For a Proposal to Amend 3.10(A) of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.

    Would amend Rule 42, Rules of the Supreme Court, ER 3.10(A) to permit a convicted person to petition for an evidentiary hearing to prove prosecutorial misconduct or the person's innocence.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2020.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2020.

    ORDERED: Petition for a Proposal to Amend ER 3.10(a) of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct = DENIED.
