Would amend Juvenile Rules to conform with legislation requiring the juvenile court (a) to determine whether extended foster care is in a young adult's best interest and (b) to hold expedited hearings on a child's removal from home or adoption.

IT IS ORDERED that Rules 47.1, 48, and 79 of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court be amended on an emergency basis pursuant to Rule 28(G), Rules of the Supreme Court, in accordance with the attachment to this order, effective August 27, 2019.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be opened for public comment, in accordance with Rule 28(G)(2), Rules of the Supreme Court. Comments are due by October 7,2019, and any reply due by October 18, 2019.
