The presiding judge of the juvenile court in the superior court in Maricopa County and the Clerk of the Superior Court in Maricopa County request amendments related to accessing juvenile court records.

Would provide guidance to the custodian of records on appropriate access to juvenile case records based on the role of the requester as to the child(ren).
