    Petition to Amend the Rules of the Commission on Judicial Conduct

    Would change the name of the Commission to "Commission on Judicial Conduct and Incapacity" and urge creation of a publicly available form for reporting judicial incapacity

    Mr Palmer,

    What does the federal guidlines direct the states on this issue of judicial disability with relation to conduct assocaited to incapacity? If it directs the states to include disability as a cause for removal then our state rules are failing to following the federal guidelines. Perhaps this needs to be brought up with the federal rule makers as well?
