    This petition addresses rule 3.e. of the Uniform Rules of Procedure for Commissions on Appellate and Trial Court Appointments and would amend language of the rule to modify and clarify when applicants and commissioners may communicate with one another verbally and in writing.

    Would amend Rule 3.e. of the Uniform Rules of Procedure for Commissions on Appellate and Trial Court Appointments to clarify when applicants and commissioners may communication with one another orally and in writing.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
