    The Family Court Improvement Committee, petitions this Court to add Rule 81 to the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure as outlined in Appendix A. This petition addresses the need for Rule 81 as a vehicle to comply with A.R.S. § 25-410(B), post-judgment parenting time supervision and case implementation supervision plans and the imposition of approved fees.

    Would adopt a new Rule 81 to the Rules of Family Law Procedure regarding post-judgment parenting time supervision and case implementation supervision.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
