Would amend Rule 43.1 of the Rules of Family Law Procedure to adopt a new subpart (i) authorizing the Clerk’s Office to distribute minute entries, notices, and other court-generated documents to party or a party’s attorney by electronic means.

Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
