Expedited adoption requested to amend the Residential Eviction Procedures Information Sheet (REIS) appearing in Appendix A of the Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions. The REIS directs tenants to a web address that is no longer valid. The amendment will remove the outdated reference and substitute a reference and link to the current landlord-tenant disputes resources web page on the website for the Arizona Judicial Branch.
