The Petitioners request the Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions, Rule 5(a)(2), be amended to correct language that has been confusing for some self- represented litigants. Currently, parties are served with a summons directing them to call courts two-hours early. Petitioners request that this be required only if the court has not already provided instructions on how to connect virtually.
