    The LJC met on April 29, 2015 and considered this Petition to Amend the Rules of Procedure in Eviction Actions. The members moved, seconded and unanimously approved the submission of the following brief comment:

    The opportunity to move for Change of Judge will cause serious scheduling issues and delays especially in non-urban courts.
