    Proposes amendments to Rules 3, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, 32, and 42 of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to reflect recent statutory changes and to make two technical corrections.

    Would amend Rules 3, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, 32, and 42 of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to incorporate the provisions of several statutes enacted in the last legislative session.

    Comments due on or before October 3, 2022,
    Petitioner's reply due on or before October 17, 2022.
