Filed: October 3, 2022 Would amend Rules 26.11, Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Rules 1, 3, 4, and 42, Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure, and adopt a new Rule 43, Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure, to implement last legislative session’s Senate Bill 1653 regarding lifetime no-contact injunctions.
