    Amends Juvenile Rules 102, 104, 206, 218, 219, 224, 303, 312, 326, 334, 338, 344, 353, and 406 to implement SB 1069, SB 1073, and SB1079 the 2022 legislative session, and to make a conforming change made by SB 1391 from the 2021 legislative session.

    Would amend fourteen of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court to implement recent statutory changes adopted during the 2021 and 2022 legislative session.

    Comments due no later than October 3, 2022.
    Petitioner's reply due no later than October 17, 2022.
