    Would amend Rule 31(d) to add subsection 32, which would permit an owner, officer or full-time, permanent employee of a legal entity or sole proprietorship to represent the legal entity or sole proprietorship before the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, provided that they meet certain criteria.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2019.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2019.

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rule 31, Rules of the Supreme Court = DISMISSED as moot.
