    Petition to adopt amended Local Rules of Criminal Practice.

    Would amend the Mohave County Local Rules of Criminal Procedure to conform to current technology and Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

    Filed: March 21, 2019

    IT IS ORDERED opening the petition for public comment under Rule 28(C), Rules of the Supreme Court.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 8, 2019.

    Petitioner must submit any reply on or before May 22, 2019.

    IT IS ORDERED: that the Local Rules of the Superior Court, Mohave County, be amended in accordance with the attachment hereto, effective June 1, 2019.
