The Superior Court of Coconino County requests the attached changes to the Court's Local Rules be adopted effective immediately upon approval. The judges of the court have reviewed and approved the new rules and the public has been given 30 days to comment on the proposed new rules. The Court received no comments on the proposed amendments to the local rules.
