R-15-0039 Request for Approval of Amendments to Rules 10.1 and 10.2, Yavapai County Superior Court Local Rules of Practice Would eliminate a substantial portion of Yavapai County's Local Rule 10 relating to conciliation counseling and mediation of legal decision making/parenting time issues to allow parties to follow Rule 68, Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure Petitioner: Hon.
