    Would reorganize, update, and change Pima County Local Rules of Court to account for technological advances and to accommodate court innovation pilot programs.

    COMMENTS DUE DECEMBER 31, 2017.

    Petitioner’s reply to comments must be made on or before January 30, 2018.

    IT IS ORDERED approving the abrogation and replacement of the Local Rules of the Superior Court, Pima County, as modified and set forth in Attachment A to this Order, effective July 1, 2018.
    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the forms associated with the current local rules shall remain in effect.

    We appreciate the changes Judge Bryson made to these proposed rule changes. There are
    still two concerns, making the Rules as clear as possible for self-representing parties. Secondly,
    the protection of DV victims and their right to protected addresses and to not personally confer
    with the alleged abuser.
