    Expedited adoption requested to amend the Residential Eviction Procedures Information Sheet (REIS) appearing in Appendix A of the Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions. The REIS directs tenants to a web address that is no longer valid. The amendment will remove the outdated reference and substitute a reference and link to the current landlord-tenant disputes resources web page on the website for the Arizona Judicial Branch.

    IT IS ORDERED suspending the operation of Rule 28 rulemaking procedural rules.

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED amending Appendix A of the Eviction Rules in accordance with the attachment to this order, effective immediately upon this order’s entry.
