    Would amend rules concerning arrest warrants and modify arrest warrant forms

    Would amend criminal procedure rules concerning arrest warrants and modify arrest warrant forms.

    Filed January 8, 2020

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2020.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2020.

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rule 3.2, Rule 4.1, and Rule 41, Forms 2(a) and 2(b), Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure = ADOPTED as modified, effective January 1, 2021.
