    Would amend rules pertaining to admission to the practice of law in Arizona, particularly with regard to (1) confirmation of applicant certification to sit for the Arizona bar examination; (2) admission on motion requirements; (3) MPRE score acceptance; (4) permission to sit for subsequent Arizona bar examinations; (5) character and fitness application abandonment; (6) authority of the Court in grading and scoring requirements of the Arizona bar examination; and (7) evidence of graduation and impact on announcement of examination passage.

    Would amend Sup. Ct. Rules 34-37 regarding admission to the practice of law in Arizona


    Filed January 10, 2020.

    Comment must be submitted on or before May 1, 2020.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2020.

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rules 34 Through 37, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona = ADOPTED as modified, effective January 1, 2021.
