    PETITION TO AMEND ARIZONA RULE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, RULE 11.4(b), TO FACILITATE DISCLOSURE OF EXPERT OPINIONS

    Would amend Ariz. R. Crim. P. 11(b) to require disclosure of an expert’s qualifications and, if no expert report is prepared, disclosure of a summary of the general subject matter and opinions about which the expert is expected to testify.
