    Filed on behalf of David Byers, Administrative Director of the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts, this petition would amend the Arizona Rules of Court Procedure for Civil Traffic and Civil Boating Violations to include civil marijuana violations. This petition would also amend the Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint (ATTC) to include a "Civil Non-Traffic" checkbox and corresponding verbiage on the Important Notice to Defendant.

    To help implement Proposition 207, would amend the Ariz. Rs. Ct. P. for Civ. Traffic and Civ. Boating Violations to incorporate procedures governing civil marijuana violations.
