    Would amend Rule 96, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, to authorize a presiding judge to appoint former judges with ten years or more experience as Senior Commissioners to hear and determine civil and criminal matters.

    Comments are due on or before May 1, 2022.

    Reply is due on or before June 1, 2022.
