    Would amend comment 4 to ER 7.1 (Rule 42, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona) to reinstate the phrase “or retired” in the comment’s second sentence, which would explicitly permit a law firm’s name to include the name of a retired member of the firm

    Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
