    This petition proposes a new rule concerning search warrant applications that request an unannounced entry or nighttime service.

    Filed: January 4, 2022

    Would adopt a new Rule 2.6 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure governing the procedures for obtaining search warrant applications requesting an unannounced entry or nighttime service.

    Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
