    Would amend Rule 76(b)(1)(B) of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure to provide that a party’s resolution statement must set forth the party’s position without argument in support of the position.

    Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
