    Would modify Supreme Court Rule 36 to allow the Committee on Character & Fitness to appear at informal inquiries in person or virtually via electronic means. Expedited consideration requested.

    Filed: April 18, 2022

    Would amend Rule 36(e)(2) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to permit members of the Committee on Character and Fitness to appear virtually at an informal inquiry and not just in-person.

    Comments must be submitted on or before Thursday, June 30, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Thursday, July 14, 2022.
