    Amends Criminal Rules 26.10, 26.11, 27.5, 30.1 through 30.6, and Rule 41, Forms 32(a) and 32(b) to implement HB 2119 from the 2022 legislative session.

    Would amend Rules 26.10, 26.11, 27.5, 30.1 through 30.6, and 41 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to implement the recently enacted HB 2119, which allows a person’s civil rights to be restored when certain criteria have been met.

    Comments due no later than October 3, 2022.
    Petitioner's reply due no later than October 17, 2022.
