    Amends Superior Court Civil Rules 5.2 and 80; Criminal Rules 1.6, 17.1, and 41, Form 28; Civil Appellate Rule 4.2; Family Court Rules 20, 40, 45, and 97, Form 8; Juvenile Rule 105; and Supreme Court Rule 1, Form 1 to change "notary" to "notarial officer" to include individuals other than a notary public who are authorized to notarize documents as enacted by SB 1115 from the 2021 First Regular Session of the 55th Legislature .

    Would amend various procedural rules and forms to implement a recent statute (SB 1115) to change references to “notary” to “notarial officer".

    Comments due no later than October 3, 2022.
    Petitioner's reply due no later than October 17, 2022.
