    TO AMEND RULE 50 TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT A PARTY RENEW A MOTION FOR JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW AT THE CLOSE OF ALL EVIDENCE.

    I support this amendment. Harmonizing this rule with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure makes sense and the requirement that the motion renewed is form over substance.
