    R-08-0019 Petition to Amend Rules 23 and 28, Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court and to Amend Rules 7.3 and 7.5, Rules of Criminal Procedure

    PROVIDE FOR COURT ORDERS THAT JUVENILES OR ADULTS SUMMONED TO COURT AND WHO ARE CHARGED WITH SPECIFIED OFFENSES, REPORT TO THE ARRESTING AGENCY AND SUBMIT BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES FOR DNA TESTING.
