    The Committee on the Impact of Domestic Violence and the Courts (CIDVC) met on February 9, 2016. This petition was on the agenda for discussion and action. CIDVC members voted unanimously to support this petition and authorized the chair, the Honorable Wendy Million, to file this comment on the committee’s behalf.
