    Would provide uniformity and clarity in handling documents relevant to judicial determinations in juvenile delinquency and dependency proceedings

    April 1, 2016 Amended petition, if any, is due.
    May 20, 2016 Second round of comments due
    June 30, 2016 Petitioner's reply due

    AMENDED PETITION

    Petitioner is filing this amended petition pursuant to this Court's Order granting a modified comment period. The proposed rule amendments in this amended petition are intended to clarify what records are filed, where records are filed, and where records are kept. The intent of the initial petition and this amended petition is to achieve uniformity, clarity, and standardization.
