    Would allow a court on its own motion, upon a finding that venue is improper, to transfer the case to a county where venue is proper.

    Filed January 9, 2017.

    Comments due May 22, 2017.

    ORDERED: Petition to Add Rule 23.l to the Rules of Family Law Procedure=ADOPTED as modified, effective January 1, 2018.
