    The petition would amend Criminal Rules 29.1 and 41, Form 21(a) to allow a sex trafficking victim to ask a municipal court to vacate a conviction having elements the same as or similar to A.R.S. § 13-3214.

    Expedited adoption granted effective August 9, 2017.

    Comments on this Petition are being accepted through October 11, 2017.
