    Arizona Voice for Crime Victims seeks to fully integrate victims' rights through out each applicable rule of procedure and to repeal Rule 39.

    Would repeal Rule 39 and interlineate the victims' rights provisions into each applicable criminal rule.

    FILED January 3, 2018.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 21, 2018.

    ORDERED: Petition to Repeal Rule 39, Rules of Criminal Procedure and Amend the Rules of Criminal Procedure = DENIED.
