    Would revise and update the Mohave County Superior Court local rules of civil practice.


    Comments must be submitted on or before September 21, 2018.

    Petitioner must submit any reply on or before October 9, 2018.

    IT IS ORDERED that the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Mohave County Superior Court, be amended in accordance with the attachment hereto, effective January 1, 2019.
