    Would replace references to the Rules of Civil Procedure in the Rules of Superior Court Appellate Procedure--Civil with references to the Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure

    The Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure have replaced the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, but the Rules of Superior Court Appellate Procedure--Civil were never updated to reflect that change.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2019.

    Reply must be submitted on or before June 1, 2019.
