    AVCV seeks to fully integrate victims' rights throughout the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure and repeal Rule 39.

    Would repeal Rule 39, Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, and integrate victims' rights provisions throughout the rules.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2019.
