    Would amend Rule 26(c), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, to clarify that requests for and orders re: documents filed under seal must comply with Rule 5.4.

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2019.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2019.
