The Attorney Ethics Advisory Committee was created in accordance with Rule 42.1 . The committee may issue opinions on lawyer ethics, professionalism and the unauthorized practice of law.
Members of the Attorney Ethics Advisory Committee must be members of the State Bar of Arizona, each selected from a variety of practice areas, settings, and geographic locations. There are fifteen members total, serving three-year terms, which will be staggered among members. The Chief Justice may appoint additional members as necessary.
