Confidential Intermediary Renewal Information

Renewal of Inactive Status:

Renewal applications and fees can be dropped off in person or mailed to the Division by utilizing the following address:

Acceptable forms of payment or check or money orders made payable to the Arizona Supreme Court.


Applications fees are $100.00 for regular renewal applications and $50.00 for Inactive renewal applications. Please be aware that you must currently be on inactive status prior to submitting an inactive application.


Please note the following

If you file a timely and complete 2020-2022 application for renewal, your existing certification remains active until the administrative process for review has been completed.


Applicants who submit their renewal application after the expiration date of October 31, 2020, will be required to retake the examination and submit an initial application.
