          Juris Doctor, Arizona State University – Juris Doctor Awarded:  December 19, 1986.

·        Professional Experience:

          Private Practice, Boyle, Pecharich, Cline & Whittington - (1988 - 1989).

         General Private Practice (1989 - 2009):  Emphasis in general civil and municipal 
         law. (Clients included the Towns of Clarkdale, Jerome and Dewey-Humboldt.)

·        Judicial Experience:

          Chino Valley Municipal Magistrate (August 2008 – October 2009).

          Yavapai County Superior Court (2009 - 2013). Appointed by Governor Jan Brewer.
