Formal Hearing Calendar

The formal hearings are composed of the Hearing Panel (“Panel”) which includes a public member and an attorney member and the Honorable Margaret H. Downie, Presiding Disciplinary Judge. The formal hearings are set by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge within 150 days from the date the Complaint was filed. The hearings are held in the State Courts Building, 1501 W. Washington, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. Hearings are typically held either in Hearing Room 109 or Court of Appeals, Courtroom 2. You can verify the hearing room by checking the bulletin board at the entrance on the day of the hearing. Some hearings may take place virtually.
