Elder Law Hotline (800) 231-5441:
Free legal advice, information, and referrals to Arizona residents 60 years of age or older; family members can call on behalf of a senior. Attorneys do not provide services in criminal matters, nor do they represent clients in court proceedings. They do give advice, information, and referrals on a wide variety of legal matters important to seniors. Funded by the Arizona Supreme Court and operated by Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Inc.

Hospice is for patients who have a terminal illness and have decided to shift the focus of care from cure to comfort. (The word “hospice” is derived from a medieval word meaning a place of shelter for travelers on difficult journeys.) is a free registry to electronically store and access your medical directives.
Wallet-Sized Notice:
Complete the wallet-sized “
Notice In Case of Accident or Other Emergency
,” cut it out, and keep it in your wallet with your driver’s license and insurance cards so that law enforcement and medical personnel will know that you have completed health care forms.
